Started the day with an early morning walk.

Lots of deer 🦌 

Can you spot all three?

Squirrels too many to count.

Old oak trees with Spanish moss.

Complete with Santa's sleigh and reminders.

And even a white bird.

In the evening sitting outside trying to start a 🔥 I watched the Grackles - little black birds. They were doing this unbelievable thing. They would all flock into a couple trees then as a group all land on the grass. With a great whooshing sound all lift off at the same time back into the trees. They continued to do this for some time like they were practicing a safety plan. 

We were also treated with another visit from Dilly the Armadillo.  The neighbour did the naming.
