New Orleans or Bust: Day. December 21

From 🌞 to❄
Woke up to frost on the windows ugg which melted off as the sun came up. So no scraping.πŸŽ‰
Entered and exited New Mexico today.
Texas flatter then anything I've seen so far and I didn't think that was possible. There is some surface water. Maybe springs, maybe some rain.
Saw several feed lots but very few cows out on the praire/desert.
Fun fact: Texas is as wide as California is long.
First city was El Paso it seemed enormous, it seemed to go on forever. The road system had over passes stack four high. Like 3 above us and several of them. I figured the city must have a  population of 3 million.  I look it up. It's like 1/2 the size of Calgary.
So lots of traveling today.
BTW: I managed to take a picture of what must be proof of aliens in New Mexico. There are pyramids here
Found another great rest area except for the thorns. Two of which Suki got stuck in her paws. Don't worry she is okay.
Supper, an episode of ER, and off to bed.
